YIN YOGA
This class is all about balance. Our Yin and Yang class blends two styles of yoga into one practice. The class starts slow with Yin, where you will passively hold poses for longer, working deep into the connective tissues and joints in the body. This will then move into a more flowing invigorating Yang practice.
This class is the perfect blend of releasing and energising the body, as well as allowing time for rest and relaxation.
阴瑜伽
阴瑜伽是以中国经络理论为基础,结合了瑜伽体式,所发展出一系列瑜伽体式,透过特定姿势来刺激体内“气”的流动,以活络身体能量。阴瑜伽大部分都是地板动作居多,静态停留于一个体位里3至5分钟的时间。练习过程中肌肉是放松的,主要作用于关节刺激深层的结缔组织,促进体内气脉的循环来滋养身体五脏六腑。练习把自己的心静下来往内探索自己的内心世界。
