ForestArte Yoga Studio located in the peaceful neighborhood, Horizon Hills, Johor Bahru. ForestArte stand for For Rest Art which also mean the art of resting.

In this fast pace environment, we are constantly “optimizing’ for speed, are we propelling ourselves toward a culture of neglecting health, body signal and emotions? Sometimes we wish to have a little “me” time and escape from the hectic schedule. We commit to provide a serene environment for yogis to enjoy the art of resting and living. Our philosophy about art of living is to live life to its fullest, find peace within oneself, unite body and soul as one. Our vision is to let you able to regain calmness, inner strength, better stress management and more living.

ForestArte provides the opportunity to reconnect and focus on yoga and movement, body and breath and healthy eating through a comprehensive programme of classes. With a capacity of 20, we offer small group class and private class in various yoga class such HATHA, HOT yoga, Yoga Flow, yoga Wheel, Mindfulness Yin yoga , breath-work, and meditation.

Our studio where all the classes take place is also full of plants and high levels of natural light to increase a sense of connection to nature, which not only makes you feel good, but also helps to improve your health through positively impacting your heart rate, blood pressure and sympathetic nervous system. Engaging with natural elements is known to aid our overall wellbeing and happiness.

憩艺的故事      

ForestArte 把英文单字拆开，意思FOR RESTING ART。翻译成中文就是憇息的艺术，休息的艺术。我们致力于为柔佛洲的瑜伽练习者带来更优质的瑜伽空间与装备。

憩艺馆希望带给我们的会员像家一般的温馨感。对于家，大家的概念是什么？需求与期待又是什么？我们用了一年多的时间，从策划到亲力亲为的动手执行，就为致力于将家一样的体验带给每个踏入憇艺館的你们。让大家每次练习的时候都能感受到安心与舒适。

ForestArte 憇艺館内提供会员使用的设备包括，Manduka的传奇黑垫Manduka Pro Black柏飞的瑜伽轮，瑜伽枕和瑜伽砖。館内的设施有韩国的COWAY饮水机，COWAY空气过滤气，儲物柜，浴室熱水器，吹风机等。
